Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus has become the talk of the town, after being unveiled last week in Hong Kong along with Google’s Android 4 or Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Now the latest news is that the smartphone will come to the market integrated with the faster 4G Long-Term Evolution/Evolved connectivity as announced by Verizon. But unfortunately nothing is disclosed regarding the release date and the price of Galaxy Nexus. Only we know as of now is it’ll come sometime later this year. That’s what Verizon has stated.

It is also coming to news that the smartphone could also be sold by other major carriers like Sprint, T-Mobile and AT&T. This news has apparently been proven as the registration page for Galaxy Nexus on Samsung’s website provides the user for different carrier choices including many other regional carriers. So as of now everything seems a bit confusing regarding the price, release date or who’s going to carry the Galaxy Nexus. But we hope things would be cleared very soon.
Features of Galaxy Nexus
We already know that Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus is going to debut Google’s feature-rich Ice Cream Sandwich OS, which is an integration of Ginger Bread and Honeycomb. It also has many interesting features like a Holographic User Interface, Face Unlock, Android Beam, Inbuilt Camera App and Widget Management. So with Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus we can get all the benefits of Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
The other specs include 4.65-inch High-Definition Super AMOLED screen with 1,280/720 resolution, a 1,750mAh battery, 1.2GHz dual-core Arm Cortex A9 processor, 1 GB RAM and dual cameras with zero shutter lag.
